As someone who purchased a product in the lower 48 states and had trouble with it coming up to Alaska we were overly thrilled to deal with Sarah in the parts department. Her service was way beyond the call of duty we purchased a Cardo system headset from a dealer in South Dakota and had trouble she was willing to give assistance for about two hours, the whole time we knew that it was something she did not have to do. As youre probably aware its not likely we will be back to this area but I would highly recommend your place to anyone anywhere near Anchorage. Amazing service. I went in to get my sprocket and chain set replaced on my klr 659 abd was able to get it done the same day I came in and at a reasonable price. Kenny, the mechanic, was very professional and helpful in answering my questions. The guy in the sales department was also friendly and easy to talk to.

Only this place had belt in stock for my Kawasaki side-by-side.

This shop is one of the few that you look forward to working with. From their parts desk to their service shop and the sales floor staff at the Motorcycle Shop made me feel like I was at home. So many motorcycle dealers have shed the rider family feeling in a bid for commercialized nonsense. They helped me with a sick bike by squeezing me in during a particularly busy time. They made the repairs fast and communicated very well along the way--letting me know what they found and keeping me posted in timelines. I immediately got the feeling that the shop was about its customers and everyone was definitely just as bit by the motorcycle bug as I was. Can't say enough good things about it. Went into the shop to buy a motorcross bike ended up buying an enduro. Brendon the Gm was of great help and when the time came for me to pick the bike up everything was ready to go as promised. Simple and fast buying experience. Would highly recommend.
